Hi, my name is
Data Science student at The University of Hong Kong with hands-on experience in Python, C++, R, and front-end web development. I enjoy turning ideas into working software — from game-tree AI to time-series forecasting.
I'm a student at The University of Hong Kong with a passion for building things — whether that's a terminal game with a game-tree AI, a physics simulation in C++, or a data pipeline in R. I enjoy the full stack of problem solving: from designing algorithms to shipping a clean UI.
Outside of coursework, I explore front-end web development and data science, and I document my learning through the small projects hosted on this site.
Some things I've been working with recently:
A strategic 4×4 board game with a rotating board mechanism and an AI opponent driven by a game-tree search. Built the menu system, splash screen, win-detection logic, and an "Infinite Mode" with adaptive difficulty.
A five-stage terminal game transforming first-year engineering concepts into interactive gameplay. Engineered the ENGG1320 "Coin Frenzy" stage with floating-point collision detection, adaptive difficulty, and randomized spawning. Optimized for 60 FPS on Linux.
